01. Using our store

You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order. You may use our website only for lawful purposes and must not interfere with its operation or misuse its content.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian should supervise your use of the website and any purchase.

02. Products, images & sizing

We aim to describe our products accurately. Colors and details may appear slightly different because of screen settings, materials and production methods. Please review the product description and applicable size chart before checkout.

Product availability, designs and prices may change. The price and any applicable shipping charges or taxes shown at checkout are the amounts presented for your order before payment.

03. Personalized & made-to-order items

For a custom product, please check the name, number, size, color, image and other details you submit. We use the information provided with your order to make the item. Requests to change or cancel an order may no longer be possible once production has started.

By submitting text, images or designs, you confirm that you have the right to use them and authorize us and our production partners to use them as needed to fulfill your order. We may decline content that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

Eligibility for a return, replacement or refund depends on our Return & Refund Policy. That policy explains how custom items and product defects are handled.

04. Orders, payment & promotions

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may contact you about information needed to fulfill it, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, or an apparent error or suspected misuse needs to be resolved. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will refund the canceled amount.

Discounts and promotions apply according to the conditions displayed with each offer. Taxes, shipping fees and any other applicable charges are shown during checkout where available.

05. Shipping, delivery & returns

Processing and delivery estimates vary by product and destination. Please see our Processing & Shipping Time page for current information. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless we expressly say otherwise.

Returns, exchanges, damaged items and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Please read it before buying, especially if you order a personalized item.

For international orders, customs duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination and may be collected separately unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

06. Website content & intellectual property

The Gritson Sport name and original website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Product and cultural references do not, by themselves, mean that an item is officially licensed or endorsed by a team, league, federation, athlete or other organization. Any official affiliation will be stated expressly where applicable.

Our site may link to services operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use those services.

07. Privacy, changes & applicable rights

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used when you visit or shop with us.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date on this page. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
