7. What is your 60-day return & exchange policy?
We offer a flexible 60-day return and exchange policy from your order date, under the conditions below.
Exchanges
- Return the original item to request a new size or color.
- Restocking fee: $7.99 per item (covers return shipping & handling).
- New shipping fee: $3.99 for the first item + $1.99 for each additional item.
Returns for Refund
- Refunds are processed after inspection at our warehouse.

Refund = Item Price − $7.99 restocking fee per item (shipping not refundable). -
Free-shipping orders:
Refund = Item Price − $7.99 restocking fee per item − shipping recovery fee ($3.99 first item + $1.99 each additional item).
