Many Gritson Sport products are produced using a print-on-demand or made-to-order fulfillment process.

This means that a product may be printed, assembled, personalized, or prepared specifically after an order is placed. Production may begin shortly after payment is confirmed.

Because products are made to order, cancellation, modification, return, and exchange options may be limited once production has started.

Product eligibility for returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, artwork, measurements, materials, and product images as accurately as possible.

However, you acknowledge that:

• Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, and display settings.
• Product mockups are digital representations and may not perfectly reflect the final physical product.
• Print position, color intensity, and scale may vary slightly as a normal result of the production process.
• Garment measurements may vary within customary manufacturing tolerances.
• All-over-print designs may have slight differences around seams, sleeves, collars, pockets, and fabric edges.
• Pattern placement may vary between individual products.
• Product materials, labels, packaging, or minor design details may be updated without materially changing the product.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s appearance, function, or overall design are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, size charts, customization details, and care instructions before placing an order.

Sizes may vary between product types, manufacturers, styles, and geographic markets.

You are responsible for reviewing the size chart displayed on the applicable product page before purchasing. We recommend comparing the listed measurements with a similar garment you already own.

Selecting an incorrect size does not automatically qualify a custom or personalized product for a return, refund, or replacement.

Any size-related return or exchange request is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Personalized or custom products include products containing a customer-selected name, number, phrase, image, color, design, or other customized detail.

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all customization information before submitting your order, including:

• Spelling
• Capitalization
• Dates
• Colors
• Images
• Product sizes
• Other personalization instructions

We will generally produce custom products using the information submitted with the order. We are not responsible for customer-submitted spelling mistakes, incorrect numbers, incorrect sizes, or other errors approved or provided by the customer.

Custom and personalized products may be considered Final Sale except when the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced by us, or otherwise eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

When you upload, submit, transmit, or provide an image, logo, photograph, phrase, design, name, number, or other content for customization, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have received all necessary rights and permissions to use it.
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right, or other intellectual property right.
• The content is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, fraudulent, or misleading.
• The content does not promote illegal activity, violence, hatred, harassment, or abuse.
• The content does not contain malicious software, harmful code, or unauthorized personal information.

You grant Gritson Sport and its production and fulfillment partners a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, process, print, manufacture, and use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order, provide customer support, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable law.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any custom order containing content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another party.

If we cancel an order for this reason before production, the amount paid for the canceled product will generally be refunded.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products offered by Gritson Sport are not represented as officially licensed, sponsored, approved, or endorsed by any sports team, league, federation, athlete, celebrity, company, organization, or brand.

References to countries, cities, cultural themes, sports, events, colors, or fan communities are used for descriptive or expressive purposes where permitted.

Customers may not use the Gritson Sport website to request the unauthorized reproduction of protected logos, photographs, trademarks, characters, artwork, or other intellectual property.

Gritson Sport reserves the right to remove products, reject customization requests, or cancel orders when intellectual property concerns arise.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order has been accepted.

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation means that we received your order request; it does not necessarily mean that production has begun or that the order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment authorization failure
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Unusual purchasing activity
• Violation of these Terms
• Intellectual property concerns
• Shipping restrictions
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled product or order.

Because many products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is submitted.

To request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We do not guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted.

Once production, printing, personalization, packaging, or fulfillment has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

If an address change is requested after an order has shipped, additional carrier or redirection fees may apply, and successful redirection is not guaranteed.

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website.

We reserve the right to:

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, you should check with:
