SHIPPING POLICY

Most products at Gritson Sport are made to order. This allows us to provide fresh, high-quality prints while reducing unnecessary inventory.

Please review the estimated processing and shipping times below before placing your order.

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing and shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

• Customs inspections.

• Severe weather conditions.

• Carrier delays.

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

• High order volumes during holidays or peak seasons.

Processing Time

Processing time is the time required to prepare, print, inspect, package, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated processing times:

• Standard products: 1–3 business days.

• All-over-print products: 3–5 business days.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

United States

Economy Shipping

• Shipping fee: $3.99

• Estimated shipping time: 6–9 business days

Standard Shipping

• Shipping fee: $7.99

• Estimated shipping time: 4–7 business days

Mexico

Standard Shipping

• Shipping fee: $7.99

• Estimated shipping time: 8–15 business days

Processing times are the same for all destinations.

Starting from the second product, an additional $1.99 shipping fee per item may be charged for Economy Shipping until the order reaches the free-shipping threshold.

Orders of $85 or more qualify for free shipping.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is calculated as follows:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Examples:

• A standard product shipped to the United States using Standard Shipping may take approximately 5–10 business days.

• An all-over-print product shipped to Mexico may take approximately 11–20 business days.

These delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 2–5 business days after shipment for the tracking page to display movement or updated information.

It is normal for the tracking status to remain unchanged during the first few days after shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please carefully review your:

• Full name.

• Street address.

• Apartment or unit number.

• City, state, and postal code.

• Email address and phone number.

Gritson Sport is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production or has been shipped.

Package Marked as Delivered

Shipping carriers may occasionally mark a package as delivered before it arrives or may leave it in a secure location.

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check:

• Your mailbox.

• Your front door or entrance area.

• Your building’s front desk or reception.

• With household members.

• With neighbors.

• Any secure location where the carrier may have left the package.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Gritson Sport is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including:

• Customs processing.

• Severe weather.

• Natural disasters.

• Local delivery disruptions.

• Carrier service interruptions.

• Public holidays.

• Incorrect shipping information.

• Peak-season shipping volumes.

We will assist customers with tracking and delivery concerns whenever possible.
